What is the purpose of processing your personal data?
At LUZ NEGRA S.L., we process the information provided by interested parties to manage the business relationship that binds us in all its aspects, from the execution of the sales and/or service provision contract and everything that entails, to maintaining contact and sending commercial communications electronically.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is necessary for the execution of a sales and/or service provision contract in which you are a party.
The treatment to send you commercial communications by email or other equivalent electronic communication means is performed under the protection of art. 21.2 of the Law 34/2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce, which allows us, when there is a prior contractual relationship, to send you commercial communications regarding products and services of our company that are similar to those that were initially contracted, as long as you do not express your opposition to these shipments (see the "Rights" section below). Each sent communication provides a simple procedure to unsubscribe.
To whom will your data be communicated?
During the processing period, LUZ NEGRA S.L. may communicate your data to group companies for internal administrative purposes. No other transfer will be made, except by legal obligation.
However, at LUZ NEGRA, we rely on the collaboration of third-party service providers that we may contract, and for the provision of such service, it may be necessary that they have access to your personal data, but they will treat it with all the legal guarantees required, following our instructions and after signing a data protection contract where we demand, among other things, to treat the data exclusively for the agreed purposes, apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, and delete and return the data at the end of the service.
