What is the purpose of processing your personal data?
Purpose 1: To maintain our contact list,
a) As a contact person to maintain relationships with the legal entity or organization where you provide your services.
b) As an interested party who has contacted us by making inquiries or requesting information, so we can serve you.
c) As a contact person to directly maintain relationships.
Purpose 2: To send commercial communications, including via email and other equivalent electronic communication means, about our products and services, as well as information about events and activities, in the case that you have requested and granted us authorization.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be retained for Purpose 1:
a) In the case of being a contact person to maintain relationships with the legal entity or organization where you provide your services, it will be kept as long as our relationship with that legal entity or organization is maintained, notwithstanding the legal terms due to legal responsibilities that could derive from the relationship.
b) In the case of an interested party having contacted us, up to 6 months after addressing your request, in case there might be further communications regarding that inquiry or information request.
c) In the case of a contact person to directly maintain relationships, it will be kept as long as the relationship is maintained, notwithstanding legal retention periods.
For Purpose 2 of sending commercial communications, we will retain your data until you express your opposition to continue receiving our communications.

The company will NOT make automated decisions.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data for Purpose 1 of maintaining the contact list is
a) In the case of being a contact person, it is the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the controller, according to Article 6.1.f of the GDPR.
b) In the case of an interested party having contacted us, the legal basis is obtaining your consent.
c) In the case of a contact person to directly maintain relationships, it is the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the controller, according to Article 6.1.f of the GDPR.
For Purpose 2 of sending commercial communications, the legal basis for processing your data is obtaining your consent.
To whom will your data be communicated?
During the processing period, LUZ NEGRA S.L. will not communicate your data to third parties, except by legal obligation, nor will there be any transfer.
At LUZ NEGRA S.L., we rely on the collaboration of third-party service providers whom we might have contracted and for whom it may be necessary to access your personal data, but they will process it with all the legal guarantees required, following our instructions and after signing a data protection contract in which we demand, among others, to process the data exclusively for the agreed purposes, apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, and delete and return the data at the end of the service.
